Miles to Go

This has been on my want-list for probably close to ten years now. In fact later this year will be the 10th anniversary of its record release. Why has it taken me this long to get? The answer is most people just don’t want to let it go for a decent price. It’s that important to them. So when one finally came up on eBay I decided that I had to snatch it up right away! There was no hesitation on this one as I had to have it.

I already own other versions of the Promises Kept album, but this version just looks fucking amazing! Not just that but this record in itself is close to perfection. There are times where I just need to listen to this album.

I still have a few copies that I need to get to complete the whole Promises Kept collection but this certainly is a milestone score for me as this is the rarest of the bunch (not counting the test presses obviously).

There were 150 of these pressed all in white for Champion’s record release show. That must have been an amazing show as Champion was always pretty awesome every time I saw them. Now onto the next chase.

Awesome score. I remember when I bought my copy through eBay 7 or 8 years ago…at the time, it set a new high for how much I was willing to spend on a single record.

Good score. I was stoked to get one of these. There was a great story behind mine too:
